About Innova Surfaces LLC

Innova Surfaces LLC was founded on the principle of bringing progressive and innovative products to flooring and related industries. We work with carefully selected manufacturers of wood flooring products and accessories to bring retailers a greater selection of high-end, environmentally responsible and unique products.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide progressive products to a progressive world. We are focused on providing environmentally responsible products, based on the three Rs – reduce, reuse, and recycle.

Reduce

Wood floors have a longer lifespan than other types of flooring, such as carpet and vinyl, and therefore reduce the amount of waste that ends up in our landfills. We have some wood flooring products that are made from trees that would otherwise be burned or buried, also reducing waste.

Reuse

Many of our products, from the Elastilon Removable to the installation spacers are designed for multiple uses. Also, several of our wood flooring products are recovered and remilled from previous wood flooring – giving that wood a second life!

Recycle

Many of our wood flooring products are made from wood sources that were barrels, timbers, trestles, barns, and other structures in a past life. Rather than ending up in a solid waste disposal facility, this wood is recycled into fabulous, stylish wood flooring.

How We Work

For most products carried by Innova Surfaces, we act as independent sales agents for the manufacturer or authorized distributor. This arrangement allows us to bring a wide variety of quality materials to the Las Vegas market without carrying significant overhead, resulting in the best pricing to our wholesalers. We generally provide samples to qualified accounts free or with a minimum charge (refundable upon placing an order) and provide complete pre-order through installation support.

Our Founder

Molly I. Donaldson has over 19 years of experience in the construction industry as a construction manager. Her projects have ranged from multi-million dollar mixed-use complexes, to individual retail stores, golf clubs, office buildings, and manufacturing facilities. Her years of construction industry experience have taught her that far from being a stagnant industry, construction is rife with innovation and invention. She is especially interested in the trends toward green building and recycling in the building industry.
